Refund Policy

If you change your mind, you can request a full refund of your league registration within 14 days of paying.
How to request a refund
- Paid by card: card payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Request a refund at paddle.net, or email us and we'll help.
- Paid by e-Transfer: email OttawaPadelCommunity@gmail.com with your name and league. We'll send the refund back by e-Transfer.
Teams
Each player pays for their own spot, so each teammate requests their own refund. If your teammate leaves, you can invite a new teammate or switch to solo.
